Mr. R. Mohan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Lawyer. Having started his career in 1992, he has an industrial experience of 4 years followed by a professional experience of 25 years, commencing from 1995. During his stint with industry he was heading the finance, accounting and taxation of a manufacturing company with national and international business operations.
He has experience in the areas like Direct and Indirect taxation, auditing, foreign investments, risk assurance and designing of financial system. He has worked with organizations cutting across various industries including manufacturing, trading, services, hospitality, ITES, capital goods etc., He also has wide experience in trending industries of India like e-commerce, technical and non-technical start-ups.
He services to mid-size and large corporates. Over the years, he has handheld his clients in modelling their businesses. He has a sizeable number of clients who have grown over the years with his all-round support. His support in the areas of financial structuring and building business processes has helped organisations to grow continuously over the years.

He is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2015 and has completed Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks – ICAI – 2017. He is in Professional Practices since day one of Qualification. He has a wide exposure in Direct Taxation Advisory, Representations before department in Assessments, Appeals and Liaising. He had experience in tax planning, filing of I.T returns, handling Bank audits viz; Concurrent audit, Stock and Receivables audit and Branch Statutory audits.
He has a varied exposure in Statutory and Tax audits of companies and other business entities in the areas of Venture Capital, Manufacturing, Trading, Construction Business, Travel Agency, Hospitality, Health Care, Information Technology and e-Commerce. He is also handling Internal Audits of various sectors, managing portfolio of v-CFO clients and periodical MIS reports.
He has experience in Company and LLP Formation and other secretarial matters and in evaluation and placing of Internal Control Systems considering the nature of operations and associated risks in the process, CMA report preparation & arranging Working Capital Requirements and involved in Fixed assets Physical Verification, Accounting, Stock Verification and Valuation.

Mr. Ibraheem Shaik is a Partner with the Chennai Branch of our firm. He specializes in handling Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and tax audits of corporates and other entities. He also has experience in Compliance Management, Direct Taxation matters including assessments, appeal proceedings and International Taxation.

H. L. SUBBANARASIMHA qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015 and he is in practice since then. He completed his graduation from Bangalore University. He joined the firm as an article trainee in 2010.
His area of practice is mainly focused on audit & assurance services, Ind AS assignments and direct tax matters.
He has experience in handling statutory audits & tax audits for corporates, non-corporates and NGOs. He also has experience in handling income tax assessments, appeal proceedings and advising on international taxation matters. He has exposure in handling Ind AS convergence assignments and restatement of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS regulations. He also has experience in providing support services for companies going for IPO. He also handles secretarial matters including incorporation of Companies and LLPs.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2013 and Graduated bachelor’s in commerce, Bangalore University, 2007.
She has industrial experience of 2.5 years, followed by audit experience of 7 years. During her stint with industry, she worked on compliance audit including SOX compliance, handling financials and statutory compliances of EMEA region.
During her 2 years of tenure with Big4 CA firms she has handled internal and statutory audit of US and Canada based companies including banks, handled compliance audit under HUD and Reg AB. She has developed process notes, risk and control matrix for large companies.
She joined the firm as an employee in 2019 and handled Internal Audits of large manufacturing entity including Stock Audit. She is also experienced in handling the Risk based audits and reviews, setting up operations, controls and SOP’s for large and medium enterprise.
She has skills and varied experience in E-Commerce Industry, Payment Processor and Gateway Industry. Handling Audits under Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, Audits of Online Payment Gateway Service Providers and Know Your Customer Audits of payment gateways and Audits under Issuance and Operation of Prepaid Payment Instruments.
